At the first floor, the bedrooms are distributed along a hallway, one double ensuite with a lovely terrace, two twins bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and another bathroom. The Villa has a basement where are located one double bedroom and the laundry. All around the villa are spacious patios, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day. The villa is surrounded by a garden of almost 2.000 sqm that offers the intensity and the energy of the Mediterranean sea, in the amazing summer season and in the hot intimacy of the Sardinian winter season. Prices include consumptions, towels and bed linen, naturally included also the changeover that usually takes place on Saturday. Prices do not include, to be paid on spot in the arrival date, the final cleanings of Euro 250.00 and the deposit guarantee of Euro 800.00 that will be returned back on the departure date. The stay tax is not included in the price, the amount of Euro 0.50 per person per night. Are exempt from the payment Children up to 12 years old. The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the Holiday villas or to the residents. In the complex there is a well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground. During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court. The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer Holiday is equipped by a kiosk and it is possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snacks.
